I take the time to get to know you, your family, and your child. I understand that all families are different, and I meet you where you are.
I give parents the space to share their story and their perspective. I am grateful that families open up to me, I listen empathetically and non-judgmentally.
I provide you with individualized sleep plans for your specific baby and family, while supporting you emotionally, from a mental health perspective, and through a scientific sleep perspective.
I understand how daunting it can feel when you’re thinking about working on your child’s sleep. It's hard to know where to start, or the "right" approach, and you may feel fearful of cry-it-out/extinction methods.
I am glad to say that I provide a holistic, supportive, and responsive approach - I do not follow a cry-it-out approach.
I always encourage parents to trust themselves. I believe that you are the expert on your child, and I want you to respond your children's needs accordingly. I am here to support, teach, and guide you, while understanding your needs, concerns, and unique situation.
I know that sleep is a priority and I also know that life with little ones can get busy! I want to encourage you to set your children up for success with sleep, while also allowing for some wiggle room. Flexibility is important in every area of our lives, whether it’s work, exercise, personal lives, or sleep! Give yourself some grace and space to practice healthy sleep habits, while also getting out there and enjoying yourselves! Some days naps will happen on-the-go, and that’s okay! Other days will be on point. Do your best and enjoy the rest!
